A truly multi-discipline project, this large scale community lead re-development at Kaipātiki Reserve in North-West Auckland, required a contribution from our team of civil, geotechnical & structural engineers for a vast array of new and exciting playground equipment, from the traditional flying fox and swings to Māori inspired play features, with amble room for both children and adults to now enjoy across over 4 Ha of land. Such a large scale community re-development also required us to address challenging stormwater and geotechnical engineering issues for the general landscaping, carparking, driveways, bespoke pathways, streamworks, bridges, boardwalks, public toilets, and even some holiday cabins.
