Congratulations to our Christchurch Structural Team for their work on the Fendalton House project. This project recently won a Heritage award at the 2020 Canterbury Architecture Awards (List of Award Winners).
The team was charged with the earthquake repair design for this home located on Kahu Road next to the Riccarton Bush Reserve. As part of the repair process, the ground storey was demolished and re-constructed and therefore the top storey had to be lifted up, removed and temporarily stored before it was put back on the new ground floor.
